Our company firmly believes that small and medium businesses are crucial to growing the South African economy, contributing approximately 42% towards South Africa’s Gross Domestic Product according to recent statistics. Enterprise & Supplier Development (ESD) is a Priority Element of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) framework. According to the B-BBEE Commission, the purpose of Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD) is “to promote a conducive environment for creation of sustainable partnerships between Corporate South Africa and black entrepreneurs to enable access and transformation of the value chains.” Therefore, strategically meeting the requirements within this element is critical to an organisation's overall score.

The National Development Plan (NDP) aims to eliminate poverty and reduce inequality by 2030. According to the plan, South Africa can realise these goals by drawing on the energies of its people, growing an inclusive economy, building capabilities, enhancing the capacity of the state, and promoting leadership and partnerships throughout society. Government has prioritised entrepreneurship and the advancement of Small, Medium and Micro-sized Enterprises (SMMEs) as the catalyst to achieving economic growth and development.

Our company is passionate about helping small and medium businesses in South Africa.  This philosophy is at the heart of our Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD) Programmes.  By partnering with larger corporations as well as qualifying entrepreneurs, we enable South Africa’s future economic growth by playing our role in Enterprise and Supplier Development.

Our ESD programs are tailor-made to the needs of small businesses to deal with relevant issues pertaining to scalability, whether relating to their operations, cash flow or sales. At the same time, we also place great emphasis on optimizing supplier delivery to ensure efficiencies and overall quality improvement.  We create customized programs for each SME, enabling us to deliver tangible and sustainable impact.  We place great emphasis on job creation, revenue and profit growth and overall upskilling of selected entrepreneurs and their teams.
